Charlie Eadie - West Point Graduate, Founder, General Partner, CMD Capital Some trouble in high school ultimately led Charlie to join the military. It ended up being exactly what he needed. It changed the trajectory of his life. This highly regimented lifestyle was a perfect fit and soon Charlie was awarded the “Engineer Solider of the Year.” He continued his training at Ranger school and then decided to attend West Point. He took an unconventional route, attending West Point Prep to improve his grades and eventually landed at West Point, class of 2007. After commissioning as an infantry officer, Charlie was selected as a Marshall Scholar. He completed his post graduate work in the United Kingdom and spent 14 years serving in the Army. His Army career didn’t end the way he intended but it was part of his journey of discovering his struggle with mental health. Despite these difficulties, Charlie continued to find success in the small business and leadership arena. It wasn’t until 2020 that Charlie was diagnosed with BiPolar 1 Disorder and PTSD. It was a long journey but Charlie now has a passion to bring light to mental health. He desires that the stigma around mental health change and the access to care becomes more accessible. Mental health is one of the four focuses of investment for his latest endeavor, CMD Capital.   CMD Capital CMD Capital, also called “Command” Capital was just launched this year. Randal Wimmer - Navy Veteran, Government Contracting Academy Founder Randal Wimmer is a Naval Academy graduate. It was his father’s service in the Navy and influence that led to that decision. He didn’t know the impact that decision would have on his life.  It truly set Randal on a new trajectory. He served 10 years as a surface warfare officer. Little did he know the training that the military provided, set him up for a successful path of entrepreneurship. He originally began as an entrepreneur to help support his growing family. His first attempt to launch Analytic Strategies LLC, a FedGov contracting company failed. This only fueled Randal to learn more and  find various jobs to teach him how to navigate the world of government contracting. Joe Swider - Navy Veteran, VP & Chief Operating Officer Terravive Joe didn’t grow up in a family of entrepreneurs, but watching his dad get laid off left a lasting impression on him. Lieutenant General H.R. McMaster, US Army (Ret.) - Former U.S. National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is a West Point graduate. After 34 years of service, he retired as a Lieutenant General in 2018. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.  His experience as a former U.S. National Security Advisor, assistant professor of history at West Point, multiple deployments and PhD in military history has led him to become an expert on foreign policy. He showcases his knowledge as the host of Battlegrounds, each episode is “a one-on-one conversation with a senior foreign government leader to allow Americans and partners abroad to understand how the past produced the present and how we might work together to secure a peaceful and prosperous future.” McMaster is also a regular on the Hoover institutions, Goodfellows show, “a weekly Hoover Institution broadcast, features senior fellows John Cochrane, Niall Ferguson, and H.R. Eli Crane - Navy Veteran Running for U.S. Congress Eli has five war time deployments, three of them to the Middle East with SEAL Team 3 and served our country for 13 years. Mike Cantwell is a United States Naval Academy graduate. After serving in the Navy, he has continued his career of service as a federal government employee at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. It was the presidential elections of 2016 that led Mike to dive into politics and ultimately begin his journey as a political reformist.   Eric graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1997. He served eight years as a Naval Flight Officer. After service he practiced law and had a successful real estate business. In early 2019 Eric served as board president for “Show Me Integrity”, a political reform organization. It was this experience and his own desire to get involved in politics as an independent that led his desire to find a platform for nonpartisan reform. Monica Fullerton - Creating an Online Market Place for Military & First Responder Families Monica Fullerton got her Masters and planned to pursue a job as a news anchor, but as an Air Force spouse that was not an easy career path to navigate.
