Though it may go against our morals, religion, and ethos, for one day only on Decision Space, we are doing the hotness! That's right, we are covering Living Forest hot off the presses after having just won the Kennerspiel des Jahres. (That is German expert board game of the year to the uninitiated.) Depth and Size in Board Games (What We Talk About)

Decision Space is the podcast about decisions in board games! Click on the link to join our active and welcoming Discord community!  Join the crew today! (Decision Space Patreon)   Episode 74 - What We Talk About When We Talk About Depth and Size in Board Game Decision Space This week on Decision Space we break out a fan-favorite format and go deep into the concepts of decision space size and depth in board games. We try to define these terms as well as discuss how they are useful in thinking about the games we love to play. Sure, we all want deep board games, but what is the benefit of that really? Or is it a benefit at all? Jake has COVID, but that won't deter this Interdecisional Spaceship journey. Riftforce - What’s This Lifestyle Dueling Card Game Doing In My Euro Filler?

Decision Space is the podcast about decisions in board games! Click on the link to join our active and welcoming Discord community!  Join the crew today! (Decision Space Patreon)   Episode 72 - Riftforce Dust off your rift rocks (as they say) because today we are covering Riftforce. It isn't every day that we cover a new game on Decision Space, but Riftforce (2021), designed by Carlo Bortolini, was something of a perfect storm. First, Jake had the opportunity to play it at Geekway to the West and was blown away. Days later, Riftforce appeared in alpha on Board Game Arena, giving us ample opportunity to play the game, and play the game we did! As to whether the game held up to the ample play and the Decision Space lens, well you'll have to hop into the Interdecisional Spaceship and find out. We also shout out our friend Saroule's French-language gaming podcast on this episode, who was our sparring partner in prepping for this episode.
