To be honest, there was some suspicion that he was going to “make a head call” and then just leave Chris alone and unafraid with William and Vic. But he did come back, and it was great to pick their collective brains on the status of the ACV and modernization, program strategy, and how the Marine Corps is leveraging small business to field innovations to the fleet as quickly as possible.
