Reignite your database again, even if they were previous 'No's'. Shake the tree a bit, you never know, people's circumstances might have changed. Life can move pretty fast. The most expensive lead is the one you don't have. Tap into your existing database/list. So much gold is in there. The nine-word email has a crazy response rate because it's easy to look at! Are you in a smaller market? You're at an advantage! What have been the key differences when it comes to making offers on the phone vs. in person? FaceTime your sellers if you have to… it works! Prequalify your leads by the condition of the property, timeline to sell, motivation, and price. When you know these four things, you will be able to convert these over the phone. Don't accept the surface level answers as to why people are looking to sell. Go three to four questions deeper to ultimately find out what's the real reason someone picked up the phone and called you. Brent shares how he keeps himself hungry and how he best balances his bank accounts. If you grow a little bit every single day, you'll be a completely different person in six to 12 months. Don shares his advice on how to make the most out of this pandemic. Have a vision for your life and then create a business that will support that vision. There is a healthy fear, and then, there's fear that kills dreams. No matter what, you have to be true to who you are. Learn how to think backward. Think from the customer's point of view. Marketers are forced to dig in and start from the basics. Get specific, people pay more attention to the specifics when looking at an ad. The goal of your industry is to talk to as many people as possible, even if they're not deals. Armando Cruz & Juan Carlos Bernal are on this week's Master Class to share their thoughts around mindset, adapting to changes, and facing the unknown. Armando is a physical therapist and runs his own clinic in Miami and Juan Carlos is an executive coach that helps businesses optimize their business processes. Although they're not in the real estate industry, their advice and wisdom have lifted Alex out of so many challenges throughout his career and he knows whatever obstacle you're facing right now, these two men can help you through it. There are seven healths in this world: Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, Relationship, Financial, Environmental, and Adventure health. How do you measure where you are in each of these aspects of health? Be careful not to instill fear in your kids. There is so much uncertainty that Juan Carlos has opened up his services for free to help people in need. Don't let your fears get out of control. People are very concerned about finances. What can they do? Change your 'I can't' phrase to 'I don't want to' and see how you feel about that statement after. How can you serve your clients today? Be in touch with their needs. They're different today than they were before the pandemic. Focus on things no one can take away from you, like your family. Then focus on the things that can be taken away and find solutions to it. Be willing to sacrifice and take a few steps back to get yourself financially healthy. Something Juan Carlos can always count on is God. You have a platform! Get out and share your story. Doors open up when you have the right intentions. Giving back makes a world of difference in your mental state. You can't pour from an empty cup. Put your oxygen mask on first. How do you pursue sales differently during this time? Armando shares an example of why it's important to ask your audience and not 'assume.' Ask and then start serving in that capacity. When things start getting back to "normal", how do you balance what you 'used to do' vs. the changes you've made? Matt has only been in the wholesale business for a year and a half and has already closed $946,000 worth in deals with a small team and practically no overhead. His key to his success? He calls other investor's dead leads and revives them. Matt shares his story along with how he's been able to close these deals during a pandemic, and so much more!
