They discuss Benson's lacrosse journey, the coaches he played for and worked with, how Hopkins became one of the top teams in offensive efficiency for several years, the principals they focused on to achieve that, picking principals, invert motion, manipulating matchups, man-up looks, zone offense, player development, and recruiting.

In this podcast, Jamie discusses what he learned from Dom Starsia. Starsia is the former head coach of the University of Virginia men's lacrosse program, with whom he won four NCAA national championships, in 1999, 2003, 2006, and 2011. Prior to his stint at Virginia, Starsia was the Head Coach at Brown University, where Jamie played for him from 1985-1989.
