In this class, I talk about how losing is hard, but winning is easy. I share a story from a Saturday morning when I went for a run in strong winds. The first half of my run was tough because I was running against the wind, but the second half was easier with the wind at my back. I learned that the resistance from the wind slowed me down more than the tailwind could help me speed up. It’s a reminder that the hard part comes first, but it makes the easy part feel that much better. Laziness is when you don't put enough energy into what you know, even though energy is 85% of the work. Motivation doesn’t always have to be positive; it’s just what gets you to move. And when it comes to self-doubt, the key is discipline. The more disciplined you are, the more confident you'll become.
