From House Hacking to Cash Flow: Kyle's Story

Kyle Alexander says his initial entry into real estate was because he was 27 working a W2 and thinking about paying into this 401K and not being able to retire until age 65 and wanted something different. He researched and believed real estate could bring in more financially and retire him like others had at age 30-40.  Moved to Idaho to do a house hack investment conventionally through a bank on a triplex.  Wanted to do his next deal differently as banks are not fun to work with. He saw a Pace ad one day and thought it might be a scam but wanted to try creative as if not a scam would be awesome. He joined SubTo and says it works and it's legit!
