Having discipline across all aspects of your life and practice is key to success. Don’t work to pay your bills. Take an honest look at yourself and the areas you need to improve. Strategy should be your strength. Writing down your goals helps them to solidify. 

What is holding you back? You are never too far down to get back up. Many factors are out of your control, but you can control your persistence. Associate with positive people that build you up. Let your staff know what is important to you. Be a conscientious leader and team player. Share the load across the entire office and trust each team member. Give yourself ample time in the schedule to account for unexpected steps. Alleviate stress for yourself and every member of your office.
