Do a Process Check

On the day that we release this video, it’s just about the middle of the year. But whether you’re watching this video in June or you’re watching it in November, it is a very valuable practice to do a process check. A process check is an opportunity to get out of the day to day activity, look at your progress and consider how you are doing things right now as a way to see what’s working and what’s not. In this episode, I’ll share actionable tips for how to effectively do a process check in your life. Tweet it out: Sometimes it is hard to gauge progress when we are doing the work. A process check will help you see where you are, how far you have come, and perhaps help you adjust your course forward. @KevinEikenberry From This Episode: Watch future episodes of Remarkable TV as well as awesome interviews with industry experts on the Remarkable Leadership podcast here.
