Tom Quiggin is a former military intelligence officer. And Canadian. And host of the Quiggen Report Podcast about "counter-terrorism in the age of identity politics." (i.e. how can you talk about a threat if you'll be call politically incorrect or worse racist if the threat itself happens to pertain to a certain culture?) I don't know the answer. And usually, I don't care. But I've had a lot of people come on the podcast recently and talk to me about the threat against free speech and comprise. You can take my privacy. Chuck Palahniuk is the author of Fight Club... a cult classic. And one of my favorite books. I felt so lucky getting to watch him breakdown storytelling. Because he does it in a way that goes beneath the surface. He takes you into what it means to be human. He makes you feel seen and like your life, as messy as it is, makes sense. Now he has a new book called, "Consider This: Moments in My Writing Life after Which Everything Was Different."
