Narasimha's focus on the Tamil regions, neglecting the northern territories, sets the stage for the Hoysalas' eventual decline. After Narasimha's mysterious death in 1239, his son Someshwara ascends the throne, but his reign is marked by instability and weak leadership. The episode delves into the internal strife and external pressures that led to the gradual collapse of the once-mighty Hoysala dynasty.
