Starting in early life, he was being brought up in a council house estate in Lexington which was a very tough area. After working tirelessly through his life from job to job. Wayne found his success in kitchens.Today his company Inhouse Kitchens supplies over 500 shops in the UK. They are the number 1 importer in the industry generating over €20 million euros per yearAt the age of 60 he invested over £2 million in the state of the art dedicated showroom in Hexham and they now have the Inhouse HQ there as well as 63 displays of kitchens bedrooms and bathrooms. Since opening in feb 2019 they’ve sold £4 million BToC on top of their retail  network despite COVID and Brexit.His legacy will live on in his 2 sons and Malo who I call his adopted son as they are the other shareholders of Inhouse. 

From homeless to owning homes all over the world.Sam started from nothing, working as a cleaner to then building a cleaning company to starting building company to then buying properties in his own name.He flipped 21 properties in his first 18 months as a property developer. He now owns properties in 6 countries across the world. He has properties in Ibiza, Kensington, Cannes, Italy etcHe has properties all over the world which provide luxury serviced accommodation through his own company, Buckingham Lloyds. He strategically used famous people and influencers online to promote his properties and grow his brand. He is now giving back to charities.

You may or may not have seen Adam on the TV or plastered all over instagram but you may not know about his true passion: fitness.Since catching the gym bug, racking up thousands of PT hours and then opening up his own gym in the space of 3 years, Adam has gained a hell of a lot of knowledge when it comes to getting people to reach their very own personal goals. It doesn’t matter where the starting point is, the age, gender or anything like that. You can get results with the right plan and a little bit of effort.Adam has achieved a lot already in the sense of his own physique and business goals but that wasn’t enough for him. After a successful career in the offshore energy industry spanning 10 years as a chartered mechanical engineer, Charlie was a key part of the senior management team that led Tekmar Group to floatation on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. Following this he decided to leave the corporate world and start Capstone Fox to focus his time on building his group of property companies.As an experienced landlord, property investor and now developer, Charlie has been investing in the UK property market intensively in recent years growing a portfolio of residential property and now concentrating on commercial conversions and land development as well as working with other aspiring investors to help grow their portfolios.Initially focussing on Buy-to-Lets and HMOs in North East England his company has grown significantly, now delivering projects across North England and Wales. Charlie has a passion for property and working with great people on interesting and challenging projects whilst creating time and space to spend with his young family.
