Why I Agree with Dave Ramsey On Life Insurance Being a Bad Investment

In today's BetterWealth episode, I talk about why I agree with Dave Ramsey on Life Insurance being a bad investment…. For some!  Going back to the archives I have pulled out a clip I did during a Q&A session on the Podcast LIVE last year and I wanted to bring this topic backup again. Dave Ramsey is speaking to an audience of people in debt, who need to cut up credit cards, stop spending more than they make and that is a good thing, in which I have a lot of respect. However, for those who want to get wealthy and develop principles for building wealth, Dave Ramsey is wrong. Again, I agree with Dave that life insurance can be a bad investment for some, and it can be a bad investment when it is not set up or used properly, but his principles are big roadblocks for building wealth. #BETTERWEALTHFor more information on BetterWealth or the content you hear on the Podcast visit us at www.betterwealth.com/podcast.#BetterWealth📞 Free 15 Minute Clarity Call: https://bttr.ly/ytclarity📕 The And Asset Book: https://bttr.ly/book💸 BetterWealth Quiz: https://bttr.ly/quiz👪 AndAsset.com: https://bttr.ly/andasset🎥 BetterWealth Youtube - https://bttr.ly/bwyoutube🤵🏼 Financial Advisor, Agent or Coach: https://bttr.ly/advisor

Warren Buffett Is Sitting On Over 145 Billion In Cash

Warren Buffet is sitting on over $145 Billion in CASH….In today's BetterWealth episode, I talk about Warren Buffett and Naval Ravikant and the golden rule “Those who have the gold make the rules.” People of influence like Warren Buffett are making things happen usually because they have control over their time and access to great capital.  How did they create their wealth? Listen as I talk about why entrepreneurs and those growing wealth have a better understanding of control and leverage. Successful people have a cadence of patience for the future, and with their access and control of capital they tend to capitalize on growing their wealth even more when the opportunity presents itself. Naval Ravikant in his book “The Almanack of Naval Ravikant” and his quote “If you are willing to bleed a little every day you may win big later.” Are we positioned in a way that we can take action on something that will change our lives in the future. The principle of waiting isn’t something we are conditioned to, and we are driven by a “Fear Of Missing Out - FOMO” and yet the principles of growing wealth aren’t contingent just on an economic market but a mindset of control and leverage. #BETTERWEALTHFor more information on BetterWealth or the content you hear on the Podcast visit us at www.betterwealth.com/podcast.Episode Links & Resources: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant - https://www.navalmanack.com/ Naval Podcast - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/naval/id1454097755 #BetterWealth📞 Free 15 Minute Clarity Call: https://bttr.ly/ytclarity📕 The And Asset Book: https://bttr.ly/book💸 BetterWealth Quiz: https://bttr.ly/quiz👪 AndAsset.com: https://bttr.ly/andasset🎥 BetterWealth Youtube - https://bttr.ly/bwyoutube🤵🏼 Financial Advisor, Agent or Coach: https://bttr.ly/advisor

The True Cost of Paying Cash

What is the cost of paying cash?In today's BetterWealth episode, I share with you two shorter videos I did a while back that demonstrate the power of opportunity cost. It is important to understand that whatever decisions we make today, there are always short term and long term effects. When we make the decision to transfer our money to purchase something such as a car, house, coffee, clothes, etc. there are long term effects. Once you transfer that dollar you are giving up what that dollar could be doing for you the rest of your life. In this episode I show you the effect of opportunity cost as I use an example using a program called Circle of Wealth. Watch as I look at two different examples. The first video is on opportunity cost and the thousands that can be lost over time when buying a car with cash. I also share an example of three types of people, the debtor, the saver, and the wealth creator and how the purchasing mindset, as well as, the short term and long term consequences.#BETTERWEALTHFor more information on BetterWealth or the content you hear on the Podcast visit us at www.betterwealth.com/podcast.#BetterWealth📞 Free 15 Minute Clarity Call: https://bttr.ly/ytclarity📕 The And Asset Book: https://bttr.ly/book💸 BetterWealth Quiz: https://bttr.ly/quiz👪 AndAsset.com: https://bttr.ly/andasset🎥 BetterWealth Youtube - https://bttr.ly/bwyoutube🤵🏼 Financial Advisor, Agent or Coach: https://bttr.ly/advisor
