On this week’s episode, we break down Season Two, Episode One, titled ‘Something’s Changed’. We pick up 121 days after the events of season one with two of our main characters, Mitsuki and Aneesha. Following the nuking of one of the alien motherships, Mitsuki is taken to Brazil, since she is the only person on earth to successfully make contact with the aliens. Meanwhile, Aneesha is doing her best in the wake of Ahmed’s death to keep her family alive, while avoiding the military as well as an ‘activist/anarchist’ group called ‘The Movement’ led by a man named Clark.
