Mike Angelo, founder of NK Development Group will share how he got into multifamily syndication even without experience or knowledge. Mike had roles in executive leadership, technical support, and strategic sales for two multibillion-dollar organizations in the construction supply business before his position was eliminated. He had some savings and a lot of time so he decided to go for multifamily syndication. Mike learned about how to invest through podcasts, YouTube videos, and other media. He began investing in a couple of projects to understand how to raise capital. He started building his own business model from the ideas and best practices he learned from other operators. He learned ease of investing and adopted the use of InvestNext which has helped them establish a seamless process and build good relationships with their investors. But he got his first deal after underwriting 800 deals!
