Dennis & Julie: The Tangent Hour
Dennis and Julie are all over the place. Topics include: the differences between parenting and grandparenting… it can be a second opportunity… perhaps they are not happy with way their children turned out; parents who are fulfilled with each other…don’t make their children the center of their universe; it is a burden for children if their parents try to live through them; you will succeed in life if you have good character; the Left in the U.S. are the Übermensch; “From all this we may learn that there are two races of men in this world, but only these two — the “race” of the decent man and the “race” of the indecent man. Both are found everywhere; they penetrate into all groups of society. No group consists entirely of decent or indecent people.” ― Victor Frankel; 'In the tragic vision, individual sufferings and social evils are inherent in the innate deficiencies of all human beings, whether these deficiencies are in knowledge, wisdom, morality, or courage. Moreover, the available resources are always inadequate to fulfill all the desires of all the people. Thus there are no "solutions" in the tragic vision, but only trade-offs that still leave many unfulfilled and much unhappiness in the world.' — Thomas Sowell; Without hysteria there is no Left; is corruption increasing, or has it always been like this?See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Kamala In Chief?!
Bob Frantz sits in for Dennis. Biden falls at US Air Force Academy graduation ceremony: 'I got sandbagged!' and White House elevates Kamala Harris amid concerns about a second Biden term. Bob discusses the Twitter "What Is A Woman" censorship controversy restricting access to Matt Walsh and the documentary. Logan Brown, a pregnant transgender man, is on the cover of 'Glamour' magazine. 'I do exist,' he says — and so do others. A Bay Village priest faces backlash from a transgender Christian after he discusses LGBTQ controversy during Sunday sermon. Thousands of works of street art and statues were created in the aftermath of George Floyd's death, nothing memorializes David Dorn, a 77-year-old retired police captain, was fatally shot after interrupting the burglary of a pawn shop in The Ville, St. Louis. Rushingbrook Children’s Choir was allegedly told to stop singing the national anthem at Statuary Hall in the US Capitol, but the reason they gave for stopping the performance is baffling. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. The Dept of Homeland Security funds a study that labels PragerU as a gateway to white supremacy… Dennis talks to Joel James, VP of Inspiration Tours. Joel is organizing Dennis’s trip to Israel in October. Are most men afraid to talk to their wives about their sexual nature? If so, why? Dennis has thoughts. So do callers. In the last hour before Dennis takes off for his Eastern European Prager Listener river cruise, Dennis opens the lines. Issues raised include: should we boycott Dodger games; does public cursing bring the culture down; should we seek to make good people or saints. What Do You Want?
What do you want for free? That’s the question the Left and the Democrats asks voters… Conservatives can vote with their wallets… Tik Tok is weakening America. Dennis talks to George Gilder, renowned economist, technologist and social thinker. His new book is Life after Capitalism: The Meaning of Wealth, the Future of the Economy, and the Time Theory of Money, Dennis revists a classic Prager theme. The most important question any society can ask is: how do we make good people? It sounds easy, but it’s very hard. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. Dennis & Julie: No One Is Without Religion
Dennis and Julie do not share the same love for absurdity. One of the best things you can do to glorify God is to enjoy the life you have. Thank you, God, for music, art, beauty, and pain. Angry or unhappy religious people are the best proof for atheism, and the opposite is true… angry or unhappy atheists are the best proof for religion. Dennis reflects on his visit to the NRB in Orlando FL. How does one account for unethical religious people? You can’t turn your eyes away from evil… people are not basically good. Is what’s happening to the Uighurs in China a modern version of Auschwitz? Julie recounts meeting Clarence Thomas. God wants us to be good… but to the secular Left, that is boring. Dennis learned in yeshiva… “those who add, will come to subtract.” The Right hates evil… the Left hates the Right.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

A Month of Grooming
Bob Frantz guest hosts for Dennis… June is “pride month.” Maybe we should rename June Groom... We’re about to be subjected to thirty days of propaganda promoting the LGBTQI+ life-style. Why is there a pride month at all? Why is your sexual proclivity something to be proud of? The Los Angeles Dodgers have chosen to honor an anti-Catholic LGBTQI+ group. If we don’t make it known to sports teams like the Dodgers and big box stores like Target and beer companies like Anheuser-Busch that we disapprove of these “pride” celebrations, then we’ll have no one to blame but ourselves when we lose the culture war. Black Lives Matter received tens of millions of dollars in donations following the 2020 riots. Now we find out that they are millions of dollars in debt. Anybody surprised? What did they do with all that cash? Anything good? Or was it all one giant grift? Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. Ron Flubs
Florida governor, Ron DeSantis, officially becomes a candidate for the Republican nomination. His highly anticipated Twitter announcement was a bust. Twitter crashed. Not good for the Ron and not for Elon, but, ultimately, a tempest in a teapot. May the best Republican candidate win… Winning is what matters… Chicago continues to self-destruct. The new Chicago mayor has a plan for the self-destruction of the city. Better get to Florida before real estate gets even more expensive… Did Bruce Jenner represent America in the 1970’s? Does Kaitlin Jenner represent America today? The FBI and the CIA played a direct role in influencing the 2016 and 2020 elections. Will they do the same in 2024?... United Airlines is rolling out new uniforms with preferred pronoun name tags… Tomorrow is the Jewish holiday celebrating the deliverance of the Ten Commandments. BudLighted
The Los Angeles Dodgers have re-invited a Catholic-hating LGBTQI+ group to be honored during the team’s “Pride Night.”…You can’t learn from history if you don’t know any history… Your brain is useless, only the brain of an “expert” is now worth anything. This is what are young (and old) people are told and taught. If you’re child wants to marry someone who you as their parent think is a bad match for them, should you let your child know? This is not an easy question to answer. Dennis has thoughts. So do callers. California is banning Skittles for kids but promoting sex hormones. Makes sense, right?... How much reputational damage has Disney sustained in the last year?... Dennis talks to Ryan Talley with Israel Ministry of Tourism… The left believes the more laws you pass, the better everything will be. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast.
