Nisha Millet - Won 600+ gold medals | Training for olympics and life of a professional athlete after retirement.

How do Athletes embrace failure and uncertainty? How to improve and maintain balance in a competitive life for a Healthy mind and body? Hearing about her achievements of Nisha was one kind of inspiration and having the opportunity to take notes on her mindset is an opportunity to cherish. Nisha Millet is an Olympic swimmer who has a record of 600+ Gold medals throughout her life in sports. An Arjuna Award winner, she was the only woman in the 2000 Sydney Olympics swim team for India. She is a mother of two, and now wearing the badge of a responsible entrepreneur running the Nisha Millets Swimming Academy. She is now also training to be an endurance runner and CrossFit athlete. Why is there so much misinformation around health? What's broken in health care in India? How can it be fixed?
