E.24 | How to create harmony between your life and your career | Guest: Richard Husseiny

In this week's episode we are joined by Richard Husseiny, Founder of Men Behind Sport. Before founding Men Behind Sport, Richard was an Olympic Strength and Conditioning coach and served on some of the top teams in the UK. Through his growth in the game and achieving the top levels of success, he realized he wasn't fundamentally aware of himself or why he was doing what he was doing. He found himself at a low spot in life in 2015 and needed a change. Through his inside out process, he realized he was not alone and therefore founded Men Behind Sport. "I used to think my purpose was to be an Olympic S&C Coach. Now I realize my job is a vehicle for me to fulfill my purpose, it is not my purpose."  Today's topic is a much needed conversation around support staff in sport and how to create harmony between your life and your career. We hope you enjoy today's episode as much as we enjoyed having Richard join us for this much needed conversation.   1. How to create harmony between your life and your career 2. Be present in your home life, show up when you are required to show up. 3. How to find your identity outside of your career.4. Live authentically to your values.
