Mark Flickinger (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-flickinger-24295538) is General Partner and COO at Panoramic Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Atlanta that takes a “wider-view” approach to investing by targeting the Southeast and Midwest and placing a focus on diverse founders and university startups. Panoramic opens new doors for often-overlooked founders, giving more entrepreneurs access to capital to build leading tech companies. The firm also hosts Startup Showdown, a monthly series of pitch competitions open to early-stage software and tech-enabled services businesses. Flickinger has served on numerous boards at entrepreneurial companies and oversees fundraising, investor relations, marketing/branding, talent acquisition, and acceleration at our firm. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Starting as an undergraduate, Flickinger also spent a decade competing as a member of the U.S. National Rowing Team.

When the owner of the small manufacturing company that Frank worked at passed away suddenly, Frank had the opportunity to buy the company along with the management team. Since 1994 Frank has owned and led 5 different businesses with his over lying passion being around creating a workplace people want to work at. When the dots got connected that running a business by Biblical principles was not only good for business but even better for the employees, Frank had found the secret to Great Business Culture. Today, Frank runs Mosaic Personnel which not only helps connect people to jobs that are more fulfilling but also trains and coaches leaders and companies to create those cultures where people want to come to work. Frank is married to Heidi, they have 3 kids that are all out of college. Frank enjoys car racing, golf and travel when he isn't working.
