For the last episode of this series, Rob welcomes fellow comedian Paul Foot onto the pod. Rob finds out about Paul’s surprising love of spiders and what made him decide to get into stand up. Paul also reveals the moment where his anxiety and depression disappeared and why this is the inspiration behind his latest tour, Dissolve.

Actor, poet and the best-known sidekick in radio. This week's guest is far from low- key, it is of course the comedy genius, Tim Key. Rob finds out how Tim found his own unique brand of comedy on stage and the pair share Saxondale stories. Tim reveals what it was like being cast as Sidekick Simon and being in a scene with the character Alan Partridge. Tim also discusses his new poetry anthology, Chapters.

This week on the pod, Rob is joined by rising star Máiréad Tyers. Rob finds out how Máiréad got into acting and what it was like being cast by Kenneth Branagh, in his Oscar winning film, Belfast. The pair also discuss Máiréad’s first leading role in the Disney+ superhero series, Extraordinary. As well as their upcoming parts in the new fantasy period drama, My Lady Jane.

Rob welcomes fellow comedian and actress Rachel Parris on the pod this week to talk about her latest book, Advice from Strangers. The pair explore some of the best bits of advice and what it means to them. Rob finds out about Rachel’s secret love of goths and what it’s like being married to, and working with, comedian Marcus Brigstocke. Rachel also speaks candidly about her panic attacks and nervous breakdown.

From high schools to Hellboy heretics and rebel alliances this week's guest is abit of a Rogue One. It is of course, the talented Alistair Petrie. Rob finds out how it all started and where Alistair got his fighting spirit. The pair discuss the hugely popular Sex Education and what almost happened with the hit Netflix series, The Crown.

Rob is joined this week by the incredibly talented comedian, actor and writer Sindhu Vee. The pair discussed East vs West parenting styles, breaking into the comedy scene and transitioning into acting. Sindhu shares stories from her first big role in Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical and her new comedy series, The Pradeeps of Pittsburgh.

This week on the pod, Rob welcomes Alex Macqueen- a fellow actor, writer and old friend. The pair dive into The Thick of It and discuss where their paths have crossed on stage and screen, including a very queasy performance Alex had with Rob and Kenneth Branagh. Alex shares what it was like working with the legendary Michael Caine, Dame Judi Dench and Will Ferrell. Rob finds out about a new project Alex is developing with Adeel Akhtar and why he’ll forever be known as Neil’s dad.

Joining Rob on the pod this week is comedy duo Anna Leong Brophy and Emily Lloyd-Saini who together form the double act, EGG. Cracking into their comedy sketches Rob finds out where they get their inspiration from and what it was like guesting on Harry Hill's Clubnite.  The trio also discuss acting projects from Anna’s role in Netflix drama Shadow and Bone to the Last Tango in Halifax.  Anna and Emily also speak about the changing world of comedy, their experiences breaking into the industry as mixed race women and their new podcast, Terribly Famous.

This week Rob welcomes two rock legends to Step On the pod. Known for drumming up attention both on and off stage, they have always been 24 Hour Party People, it’s- Shaun Ryder and Zak Starkey! Rob finds out from Zak what it was like growing up as the son of Ringo Star, having Keith Moon as a babysitter and drumming for The Who. Shaun shares stories about the Happy Mondays and what it’s like creating music with ADHD. The pair also reveal what’s next and why they have set up their new band Mantra of The Cosmos.
