1 Corinthians 12 describes the spiritual gifts, including the gift of healing. Andrew Laubacher, aka A-LOB, realized early in his journey that God was using his prayers over others to bring about physical, emotional, and spiritual healing to build up the Kingdom. Andrew Laubacher, aka ALOB, was raised in Ventura, California, where he attended Mass, played many sports, hung out at the beach, and was always into music. He attended Catholic school before switching to a public school because he was “tired of the Catholic rules.” In high school, he fell away from his faith and lived the party lifestyle. After a serious wake-up call, he attended a Steubenville Youth Conference, where he found God. That changed his life. ALOB received degrees in theology and philosophy from Franciscan University.ALOB is now the Executive Director for Humanality, a nonprofit that aims to reclaim the adventure of human connection by helping people get off of their phones and into reality. James W. Keyes (Jim) is known internationally as a business and social change agent. His career has included serving as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies (Blockbuster Inc. and 7-Eleven) and creating a strategic consumer product collaboration with Walmart. Additionally, Jim is a patron of the arts and is currently working on ways to share more of the Vatican Museum’s sacred art with the rest of the world. Passionate about aerospace and aviation, Jim has been a pilot for 40 years. He is a skilled sculptor, painter, musician, and composer. Fr. Kevin Kolker, the youngest of four siblings, including The BeatiDude's very own Paul Kolker, serves as the Parochial Vicar at Christ the King Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas. This episode covers the arch of Fr. Kevin’s life journey to the priesthood. Fr. Kevin grew up in Coppell, Texas, and attended St. Ann Catholic Parish. He went to school at St. Luke in Irving before entering high school at Jesuit Dallas, where he learned about being a man for others and doing all things for the great glory of God. He attended Texas A&M University, where he received degrees in both Mathematics and Philosophy before a short stint in corporate America. Despite his efforts to run from the Lord’s call, Fr. Kevin came to understand that God wanted him to be a diocesan priest. He then completed his philosophy studies at Holy Trinity Seminary in Dallas before going to Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans to study theology from 2018-2023. Fr. Kevin was ordained a priest on May 20th, 2023, alongside 7 other men in the Diocese of Dallas.
