Meanwhile, it was another underwhelming night for the Eagles’ defensive line, saved by more situational steadiness on third (and fourth) down and in the red zone.Then came the games’s big decision, as Nick Sirianni opted to throw the ball on a late third down, then kick a short field goal to give the Eagles a six-point lead.
