Episode 58: Aaron Doughty

Aaron Doughty took the leap that most say they want to take, but few persevere through. We talk with Aaron about what Doug calls the sin of the feminine: Control. Aaron grew up with a controlling, narcissistic step-mother, which led to a pattern of this type of female figure always controlling a part of his life. Noticing these patterns, and sick of living in the monotony of his 9-5 job selling women's shoes, Aaron's curiosity led him down a path of self-discovery and sharing what he learned on Youtube. His channel quickly grew to over 1M subscribers, and now he focuses on his passion for spreading self-love and spirituality with his growing online audience. You can find Aaron's videos on YouTube and his self-titled podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

Episode 56: Alison Armstrong

A self-titled former 'frogifier of men', Alison Armstrong's curiosity has led her to pursue a better understanding of men. We dig into the difference in mentalities of men and women with Alison, how they process situations differently and communicate differently. Our interactions with the opposite sex can get pretty complex considering every person's tendency to project wounds and to assume the other sex thinks, processes, and communicates like they do. We're different down to the simplest forms of our biology, and in this episode we study and celebrate those differences. Check out all of Alison’s amazing online resources for understanding men, women, and intimacy at https://www.alisonarmstrong.com/

Episode 55: Michael Holt

Michael Holt grew up in Philadelphia and knew as a young man he needed to remove himself from the environment to stop his self-sabotage, after a handful of run-ins with the law. Michael moved to California to forge his own path, studying under previous podcast guest, Paul Chek, to become a holistic health practitioner. We talk with Michael about the critical balance of being a savage and being a saint--that you can be both the most dangerous guy in the room, and the most loving. Michael's relatability to men led him to start a men's community for self-mastery. You can find information on that at tribemenscommunity.com and sign up for his newsletter.
