Episode 97: Jim Harshaw Jr.
Jim Harshaw Jr is a former Division I All-American Collegiate Wrestler, then became the youngest DI College Wrestling coach at the time he was hired. He has now transitioned into performance coaching and speaking as a TEDx speaker. Jim speaks to his collegiate experience where he experienced repeated failure and how he changed his mindset in his final year of competition to reset his mind on the path to success.
