Albert Lee - The Captain Meets
A wizard on guitar, Albert Lee is a true ‘old-time’ country and rock player with chops in the bucketloads. You might find it surprising that he’s not actually American! Albert Lee is arguably Britain’s most successful export in the genre, having worked with the Everly Brothers, Eric Clapton and Dolly Parton.
Described as a man without ego by his peers and the likes of Jimmy Page and Ritchie Blackmore, Albert is known as a real guitar player’s guitarist. Most of the time, you’ll find him with his signature Music Man or a Tele in his hands.

Gristleman Greg Koch - The Captain Meets
The Gristle King himself! Greg Koch is one of our favourite guitarists here at Andertons. He’s an incredibly expressive, versatile player and we think he’s a bit of an underrated gem.
Greg has an envious catalogue of critically acclaimed albums stretching back to his 1993. Joe Bonamassa and Steve Vai have referred to Greg as an inspiring player and one of the best around today.
Along with all the accolades, Greg Koch is a proper gear nerd and loves his tone twiddling. He takes the Captain through his signature Koch combo amp and Reverend guitars equipped with Gristle-Tone Fishman Fluence pickups.

Jennifer Batten - The Captain Meets
You can tell Jennifer Batten is a guitarist who has put in the hard graft to make it as a pro. And it certainly paid off, making the jump from teaching and playing in a number of cover bands up to playing for Michael Jackson and Jeff Beck.

Multiple Grammy Award winner Marcus Miller is one of the most celebrated bassists and producers in the world. As well as producing dozens of studio albums, film scores and compositions, he's performed and recorded with the likes of Miles Davis, Luther Vandross, Aretha Franklin and countless others.
Marcus also teamed up with Sire to produce the incredible Sire Marcus Miller range. Combining world-class specifications with a huge variety of styles and configurations, Miller's bass range struck the perfect balance between professional and affordable.

Danish Pete Honore - The Captain Meets
One of our most requested episodes since day one! Lee finally sat down with everyone’s favourite Danish guitar god to have a proper chat – enjoy!
First of all, yes, Pete is in fact Danish. Peter Honore originally hailed from Denmark, land of pastries, Carlsberg and really happy people according to multiple studies. Pete has enjoyed a colourful career touring the world with some of the biggest artists on the planet; Girls Aloud, Westlife, Tom Jones and Lionel Richie, to name a handful.
He now resides in London and is in charge of delivering top-notch videos on Andertons TV. He likes Hawaiian shirts, John Mayer and the colour purple – and we wouldn’t have him any other way!
