The Big Story Ep 93: Non-mRNA vaccines to be allowed through private sector 3:13 mins Synopsis: This is a special episode of The Straits Times' video series The Big Story, hosted by Hairianto Diman and Olivia Quay. The Health Ministry said on Wednesday (June 2) that Sinovac's Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed under the Special Access Route. This follows the announcement by the World Health Organisation on Tuesday that it had approved the vaccine for use under its Emergency Use Listing. Meanwhile, on Monday, the Ministry of Health said that it would allow unregistered new Covid-19 vaccines through the private healthcare sector.
