EPISODE 182: Many of my listeners contact me with questions like “I have to eat out because I was traveling, will this ruin my progress?” or “ I’m pregnant and I can’t handle meat right now, how badly am I going to hurt my hormones?” and my answer is always the same: You’re not going to hurt your hormones at all.This is because hormonal balance (as well as hormonal imbalance) comes as the result of long-term habits. And so, eating junk food once won’t ruin your hormones.
