On one of our most reflective episodes to date, our very own Jay Doran is pulling back the curtain a bit to discuss the what and why of The Culture Matters Podcast.  It might be easy to say that the purpose of this show is to discuss culture and business and real estate and entrepreneurial endeavors with interesting and influential people, but there is so much more to it than that.  Jay is going to dig into what has kept this show going through 731 episodes and why that's just the tip of the iceberg.
