Don McCasland, LMSW-CCTP, retired from the US Army after more than 21 years of service in August 2009. He served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm as well as 3 Tours in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division. After seven years of unresolved PTSD, survivor's guilt, and contemplating suicide Don began to lose control of his life.
