I hope this finds you well.What I'm writing here has been a long time coming and I'm excited to share it with you.I've always been inspired by the courageous journey's of my guests.It's why I focus on that during my interviews.My experience these past several years in doing The Trauma Therapist Podcast coupled with my own journey (read: creating my own business, two amazing kiddos, moving from California to Oregon, divorce, stumbling, stumbling, swimming, sinking and on and on!) has led me to create a brand new project that celebrates the realistic journey of each of our lives.It's called--The Awethentic Path. It's about recognizing the ups and downs and, the "Oh my God, life is amazing!" moments, and also the "Holy crap, why is this happening to me?" times, but having an incredible support system there to help you get through it all.The Awethentic Path is a community crafted with a passion for empowering us on our journey to becoming our best selves.It's also a commitment to support, encourage, and challenge each other to go for it.
