Ep. 460: The Long Ranger Part 2 - Justin Simoni

Part 2 Justin Simoni is synonymous with "pure adventure."  This guy's self-powered running, cycling, and climbing trips are mind-bending in difficulty and require unbelievable mental endurance. He's well known for riding a bike to and climbing all of Colorado's 14ers in one fell swoop back in 2014.  However, a few years later, that wasn't enough. This led him to bike to and climb Colorado's highest 100 peaks, nearly doubling the mountains climbed in his 14ers achievement. I hope you enjoy our two-part conversation on adventures and how he makes them happen.  Hope y'all had a Merry Christmas! https://justinsimoni.com/ https://www.instagram.com/longrangerjustin/ https://justinsimoni.com/2017/10/01/tour-of-the-highest-hundred-completed/ Justin wanted to thank these sponsors: Ultimate Direction, Surly Bikes, Colorado Mountain Club, OR, Sierra Designs, and La Sportiva. Ep. 457: Helping Others Find Careers in Adventure - Courtney Condy

Courtney Condy graduated college in 2013 and jumped right into the corporate sector thinking she would have time later to travel and pursue her adventures. She was wrong.   After finding inspiration from a friend and none from her job, she finally booked an Everest Base Camp Trek in 2015. On that journey, she ended up almost dying in the April 25 Nepal earthquake. It was an adventure, to say the least. It changed her whole life to the point she opted out of her desk job and started working as an adventure travel guide all over the world.   Earlier this year after seeing a gap in the adventure career market she decided to break away from her job, once again, to launch her own company, Occupation Wild, where he hopes of helping others find their dream job and live a life beyond 9 to 5.   www.occupationwild.com   https://www.instagram.com/occupation_wild/?hl=en   https://www.instagram.com/courtneymcondy/?hl=en     Save 20% off the best freeze-dried meals you’ll ever eat with Peak Refuel (@peakrefuel).
