Juan Delfino is currently working on his way to empower employees education in a transparent and accountable way with Sunlight. Sunlight is a venture backed company that is providing "learning as a benefit" to employees in the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Costa Rica & the US. Juan has been coding since 15 when he worked for his uncle’s consulting firm. He started working with Perl back when PHP 3 was a novelty (and a relief). He worked his way into Ruby on Rails and got through college building all sorts of websites for 3rd parties. He went on to become a developer and project manager at Barcelona's PIC, creating graphic monitoring software that served scientific laboratories such as CERN. Juan complemented his expertise in software development by developing strong business foundations and attending several leadership and negotiation courses in renowned universities such as Harvard Law school, ESADE andCharles III University of Madrid. He founded Akdemia in 2011, a school management platform focused on improving communication within K-12 schools in South America. It was initially funded by Wayra (wayra.org), later became part of Techstars Berlin in 2015 and was named one of Latin Americas most innovative startups by IDB. Juan is a firm believer that education is the best investments towards a better world and a better future.

Tivan Amour is the co-founder and CEO of SaveMySales, an AI-powered SMS sales team for online brands. As a serial entrepreneur, Tivan has started companies in urban transportation, real estate, and e-commerce. He currently serves on the FedEx Entrepreneur Advisory Board and loves to kite surf.

John Furneaux is the CEO and co-founder of Hive. John’s obsession with workplace collaboration led him naturally to found Hive as the long-awaited solution to drive business productivity forward. Before fulfilling the dream of using his lessons learned to power smarter teams with the Hive platform, John started out as a strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies and drove the national implementation of Sharepoint for the UK’s Department of Education. He left the consulting world to join Huddle, and rose to lead Global Customer Success, growing the company through its Series D to become Europe’s largest collaboration platform. Spotting a huge gap in the team productivity space for a tool users loved and leaders needed, John taught himself to code to build the first prototype of Hive. John received his MA in Mathematics and Law from the University of Cambridge.

Christopher Miglino, founder, CEO and chairman of SRAX. Based in Los Angeles, SRAX is a digital marketing and data management platform company delivering the tools to reach and reveal valuable audiences. Publicly-traded on the NASDAQ, Chris founded SRAX to deliver a digital competitive advantage for brands and content owners to surpass today’s marketing challenges. Some of the companies Chris has helped launch programs for include Diet Coke, Bank of America, Nestle, General Mills, HBO, National Geographic, Target, Aflac, and Bayer. In addition, from August 2008 until March 2010, Chris was CEO of the Lime Ad Network, a subsidiary of Gaiam, Inc. (Nasdaq: GAIA), where his responsibilities included management of interactive and innovative advertising programs for 250 green and socially conscious websites.

Jeremy Johnson is the founder and CEO of Andela, a global talent accelerator that produces developers and connects them with top employers. He is also the co-founder and former chief strategy officer of 2U, which partners with leading colleges and universities to deliver online degree programs so students everywhere can reach their full potential.

Ryan Harwood is the CEO of Gallery Media Group, a portfolio of media brands, including PureWow and ONE37pm. Its overall mission is to ‘Make Positivity Louder.’ Prior to starting PureWow, Harwood worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. for five years and was instrumental in the development of the then newly formed Goldman Sachs Private Bank. Michael Wystrach is the CEO and co-founder of Freshly, a subscription-based food company that provides customers with delicious, fully prepared meals. Prior to founding Freshly, Wystrach honed his natural entrepreneurial skills by working in every stage of business, from launching startups to equity sales with Wall Street trading companies.

Porter Braswell is the CEO & Co-Founder of Jopwell a technology platform that helps Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals unlock opportunities for career advancement.

Vibhu Norby is co-founder and CEO of b8ta, a software-powered retailer designed to make physical retail accessible for all. Norby was a lead engineer at Nest, a company acquired by Google which makes smart thermostats. Previously, Norby worked for MySpace and founded the family social network Origami Labs.

Joseph is the founder of Pilot, a fiber-optic internet provider for businesses in New York City. Prior to founding Pilot, Joseph was the Director of Information Technology for WeWork from 2010-2014.
