Wir sprechen mit Rechtsanwalt Dr. Sven Thorstensen. Er ist Rechtsanwalt in Wien und vertritt Mandanten, die wegen Drogendelikten zu mehrjährigen Freiheitsstrafen verurteilt wurden. Die Verurteilungen basieren auf Chatprotokollen, die den österreichischen Strafverfolgungsbehörden von ausländischen Behörden nach einem "Hack" des Kommunikationsdienstes Sky ECC durch ausländische Behörden und Europol überlassen und im Strafverfahren als Beweismittel zugelassen wurden.
