320. Matthew McConaughey on Equality in America, Secrets to Success & WWE I Maria Menounos
Originally aired: Jan 12, 2021
As the number of bonafide A List movie stars grows smaller and smaller, it's more impressive than ever that Matthew McConaughey has maintained such an impressive stronghold on pop culture. Matthew McConaughey may be one of the world's last true #MovieStars. YET, he still carries a beautiful air of relaxed, Texas wisdom and Southern Americana soulfulness that make him an incomparable voice in Hollywood. On my show, we got the chance to discuss his INCREDIBLE new book #Greenlights, which is part memoir, part self-help book, and ALL genius, offering incredible lessons and takeaways from his incomparable journey. Listen to Matthew offer advice about navigating crisis, self success without self compromise, creating and maintaining your own brand of faith, and...oh yeah...our mutual OBSESSION with all things @WWE. We may be entering a SECOND Matthew reinvention, and I'm thrilled to be a platform that springs to Mr. McConaughey's next, beautiful, chapter. Alright, alright, alright, send this to your favorite #McConaughey - loving friend, and for more sides of your favorite celebs, subscribe to my channel!

You may know her from her iconic catch phrases like "I'll tell you how I'm doing, not well bi*ch" OR "Make it Nice"...Dorinda Medley was Real Housewives of New York Royalty, and after her pause from this season, she is STILL royalty, Real Housewife or not.
Today Keven sat in for Maria and chatted with Dorinda, discussing her new memoir, "Make it Nice." Regular Guy Friday Ep. 27: Purpose vs. Goals, Karma vs. Intention & Riding the Kiddy Roller Coaster
Hay Kweenz, Regular Guys and Girls, we fooled 'em again! We made it to another edition of Regular Guy Friday! Jury Duty is your duty to serve that also serves YOU. Kelsey planned to put the system on trial but the juror next to her was an energy vampire. Pretending to be on the phone, reading a book or working on a deadline humanely repels energy vampires. Brian Mahan says to work toward purpose not goals. If Janis Joplin did the former she may still be here. New centuries generally begin in year 20 and this one redefines success - lets have empathy for those grieving the loss of the 20th century. There is meaning and messages in so many signs that we ignore. There are many ways to run from a problem and sometimes when you do you end up with a broken foot. Use shame as a tool not as a weapon. Dianne Gray reminded us that energy cant be created or destroyed, that love is energy and that therefore loved ones remain with us always - unless you drink 3 glasses of wine, Sanjeev taught us that karma is tied to intentions, not just actions. And though some fans have written Apple Podcasts to 'Save RGF', one fan called to cut the show and the opening song. #NotaKween. But then Kev agrees and admits he's #NotaKween, either. Goodbye Regular Guy Friday? Hello Polka Tuesday? Roll out the barrels, Betches!

Regular Guy Friday Ep. 26: Why the Universe Has You and Shame Should Not, So Long As.....
Hay Kweenz, Regular Guys and Girls, we fooled 'em again! We made it to another edition of Regular Guy Friday! Life is happening for you, not to you, and the universe has you always. Nature walks will help raise awareness to see it but walking alone in LA at night may not be the best idea, Kelsey! Lacking awareness, being self involved, chasing rainbows, focusing on what the universe isn't giving you and medicating is a recipe for mediocrity (and medicating doesn't just come in the form of alcohol or drugs). Then comes the shame which can elevate or destroy you. How we view the past is rarely accurate, making the allowance of shame and guilt to destroy us even more pointless. Kelsey knows what the kids mean then they ask 'who's got the aux? ' While Kev thinks it's all chugey. We wonder where Kelsey's friend Tom from Nordstrom is at with all of the above. And if you're really cool, you don't call your friends 'betches', you call them 'B's.' Bye B's.
