Bill welcomes suspense author Glen Erik Hamilton to the show. A native of Seattle, Glen Erik Hamilton was raised aboard a sailboat and grew up around the marinas and commercial docks and islands of the Pacific Northwest. His novels have won the Anthony, Macavity, and Strand Magazine Critics awards, and been nominated for the Edgar®, Barry, and Nero awards. He now lives in California with his family, and frequently returns to his hometown to soak up the rain. His most recent novel is A Dangerous Breed.

Bill welcomes memoirist Heather Siegel to the show. Heather Siegel is a writer, teacher, and creative with interests in the arts, food, and animal welfare. In her past life, she founded several independent businesses, including a coffeehouse, a café, an organic juice bar, and a natural beauty bar. She currently teaches creative and academic writing for local colleges, continuing education programs, and private workshops. She is also the author of two memoirs, Out From the Underworld, and, most recently, The King and the Quirky. Bill welcomes novelist and screenwriter David Klass to the show. David is the author of many young adult novels, including You Don't Know Me, Losers Take All, and Grandmaster. He is also a Hollywood screenwriter, having written more than twenty-five action screenplays, including Kiss the Girls, starring Morgan Freeman and Ashley Judd, Walking Tall, starring The Rock, and Desperate Measures, starring Michael Keaton and Andy Garcia. He studied at Yale University, where he won the Veech Award for Best Imaginative Writing. He taught English in Japan, and wrote his first novel, The Atami Dragons, about that experience. Bill welcomes novelist Ashley E. Sweeney to the show. Ashley is the winner of the 2017 Nancy Pearl Book Award for her debut novel, Eliza Waite. A native New Yorker, she is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, and resides in the Pacific Northwest and Tucson. Answer Creek is her second novel.
