Bill welcomes poet and memoirist Gabrielle Myers to the show. Gabrielle is a professor, writer, and chef. Her memoir, Hive-Mind, details her time of love, awakening, and tragic loss on an organic farm. Her poetry manuscripts have been top finalists for the Catamaran West Coast Poetry Prize (2018 & 2020) and the 42 Mile Press Poetry Award (2014). Her poetry has been published in The Adirondack Review, San Francisco Public Press, Fourteen Hills, Evergreen Review, pacificREVIEW, Connecticut River Review, Catamaran, and Borderlands: Texas Poetry Review. Bill welcomes novelist Farhad J. Dadyburjor to the show. Born and based in Mumbai, Farhad J. Dadyburjor has been an entertainment & lifestyle journalist for more than twenty years. He has written for many publications and held several senior editorial positions, including at DNA newspaper, as launch editor at the international men’s magazine FHM, and currently at The Leela magazine. He also has a popular blog of his own, My Good Life, in which he covers food, travel, culture and fashion. His debut novel, How I Got Lucky (published by Penguin Random House), was a satire on India’s celebrity culture that was hailed as “racy, sexy, and riotous” by Vogue India. The Other Man is his American fiction debut and most likely the first gay rom-com that is set in modern-day Mumbai.

Bill welcomes debut novelist Michael Leppert to the show. Michael Leppert is a lecturer at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, an adjunct professor at IU’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, a columnist and an author. Immediately following his time as a student at IU, Michael went to work for the State of Indiana. His government career began at the Indiana Boys School, leaving there after five years as the program manager in the Intensive Treatment Unit (Maximum Security). His next eight years were significantly different as a manager at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. The last five years of his public service were spent as the Executive Director of the IURC. Michael began writing a weekly column published in newspapers throughout Indiana in 2014. His first book, Contrary to Popular Belief, which chronicled his early writing, was published in 2016. Flipping the Circle, published by Greenleaf Book Group in November of 2021, is his second book, and first novel.

Bill welcomes debut thriller writer Yasmin Angoe to the show. Yasmin is a first-generation Ghanaian American from Northern Virginia where she grew up in two cultural worlds. In 2020, she received the Sisters in Crime Eleanor Taylor Bland Award for Emerging Writers of Color and is a proud member of SinC, Crime Writers of Color, and International Thriller Writers. Yasmin was a middle and high school English teacher and currently works as a freelance developmental editor. When not writing or editing, she is either watching movies, engrossed in a new audiobook, or daydreaming about the fact she probably should be writing.

Bill welcomes author Meredith Jaeger to the show. Meredith is the USA Today bestselling author of The Dressmaker's Dowry, Boardwalk Summer, and her recently released The Pilot’s Daughter. Meredith was born and raised in Berkeley, California, and holds a BA in modern literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She lives outside San Francisco with her husband and daughter.

Bill welcomes slam poetry sensation Sabrina Benaim to the show. Sabrina is a poet, storyteller, and workshop facilitator. She is one of the most-viewed spoken word poets of all time: her videos have reached more than one hundred million people. In 2017, her debut collection, Depression & Other Magic Tricks, was a Goodreads Choice Awards finalist, finishing just behind Rupi Kaur's The Sun and Her Flowers. Bill welcomes debut novelist author Christy Hallberg to the show. Christy Alexander Hallberg is the author of the novel SEARCHING FOR JIMMY PAGE, from Livingston Press. She is a Teaching Professor of English at East Carolina University, where she earned her BS and MA in English. She received her MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Goddard College. She is Senior Associate Editor of North Carolina Literary Review. Her short fiction, creative nonfiction, book reviews, and interviews have appeared in such journals as North Carolina Literary Review, The Main Street Rag, Fiction Southeast, Riggwelter, Deep South Magazine, Eclectica, Litro magazine, STORGY Magazine, Entropy, storySouth, Still: The Journal, and Concho River Review. Her flash story “Aperture” was chosen Story of the Month by Fiction Southeast for October 2020. The editors of the Best Small Fictions anthology series chose it for inclusion in their 2021 issue.

Bill welcomes New York City–based documentarian, artist, and the creator of Subway Book Review, Uli Beutter Cohen, to the show. Uli explores belonging to a time and place through writing and photography. She is a sought-after speaker and panelist.
