Nela Riehl is a high school teacher and Member of the European Parliament. She run in the European elections of 2024 with the party Volt in Germany. She is the chair of the Culture and Education Committee.

Sven Simon is a German law professor and politician who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. He currently is the chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs (AFCO). He previously taught international and European law at Philipps University of Marburg.
