Clinical Pearls Of Hip - Groin Pain Evaluation
December is the month of giving, in this podcast episode I put together my clinical pearls of hip evaluation. I've been blessed to have some great mentors in showing me how to work with hip/ groin pain efficiently, without the use of much manual therapy. Allow me to give back. This should work in most cases of: Hip Impingement (FAI) "Sports Hernias" Adductor Strains Pectineus Strains Piriformis "Syndrome" Trochanteric Bursitis Hip Flexor "Syndrome" Access the document and video I mentioned HERE To access the video, please use my email opt in (don't worry I won't sell your email or send you crap you won't care about). Through this email series, you'll get access to all of the clinical pearls I wish I would have known in my first 5 years of practice, as well as special offers for any future seminars I teach, "bro-sesh" meet ups, and video training.

Chiropractic Student Interview 7 Max Masood
Recently I asked if some student listeners would be willing to share their experiences of how they use the information they learn on this podcast within their schooling. I posted the request on Instagram and had a flood of people ask to be on the show to share. So, I thought it would be interesting to spend some time over a few months on learning what the listeners are saying! I learned a few things along the way :) Hopefully this interview is empowering for you as well. SHOW NOTES Reach Max Masood @mookwood24 on Instagram Phillip Snell's FYOB Course at SCU

Piriformis Syndrome While Running Case Study
Recently I asked my listeners about what they would like to see more of in this show in the coming year. A popular suggestion was MORE CASE STUDIES. You asked and I will provide. This case study is of a person who came into my office with on-going piriformis region burning/ ache that increased with turning, sitting, running and squatting. She had already been treated with a battery of soft tissue work (Active Release and Graston), chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, glute strengthening, rest and stretching. Long story short, she was reported a 75% improvement within 7 days with my suggestions.
