Number of registered landlords increased in the last year
The number of landlords registered with the Residential Tenancies Board increased by 5.7 per cent between September 2023 and 2024. This is despite concerns landlords are “fleeing the market” because of measures such as rent pressure zones. We discussed this further with Carol Tallon, CEO of Property District.
