Mr. Davidson's principal occupation is a Corporate Director. Mr. Davidson co-founded FirstEnergy Capital Corp. in 1993 which became the world’s premier choice for energy sector investment banking.Subsequently, Mr. Davidson was the Deputy Chairman of GMP First Energy, Canada’s leading energy-focused investment bank from which he retired from his role in 2018.
