With over 20 years’ experience working in HR, Fiona has amassed a wealth of HR skills and knowledge in a variety of areas. Fiona’s HR background has seen her work within global organisations with offices around the world. She has gained HR experience in Australia, the UK, and, most recently, Malta. Prior to her current role as Chief HR Officer at Catena Media, and member of the management team, Fiona worked with such reputable organisations as GFI Software, Morgan Stanley, and Ernst & Young. Her extensive CV has seen her working across all HR-related disciplines, with a more recent emphasis on talent management and leadership development. Fiona has worked with a diverse range of employees throughout her work experience, and this has also informed her work as a qualified executive coach.

Marcus has 10+ years of experience in Publishing, Marketing, and Partnerships at Blizzard Entertainment, Wargaming, and French cloud gaming platform 'Shadow'. He is currently working at The Sandbox, a decentralized NFT metaverse platform built on the blockchain.

James is a Malta Advocate and a Solicitor of the Senior Court of England and Wales. He has practiced law in the UK and Malta both in private practice and as in house counsel. James provides advice mainly to the Gaming, Financial Services, Real Estate and Hospitality industries. His areas of expertise are: government relations, gambling regulation, devising strategic commercial solutions within a regulated environment, IPR licensing, sport sponsorship, brand development and protection, mergers and acquisitions, international corporate and tax structuring, joint ventures, crowd funding and European Union law, especially in so far as the Internal Market is concerned. He has also acted on the financing of corporate deals with underlying investments in real estate and the trade financing of businesses in the UK. James has held the position of Chief of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs with the Betclic Group as well as having been General Counsel of Betclic and Expekt, two of the Betclic Group’s brands. Prior to that he was a foreign lawyer and then a solicitor with London firm Jeffrey Green Russell’s (now Gordon Dadds) Company and Commercial team. James is ranked as one of the leading gaming & gambling lawyers globally by Chambers & Partners. He is also listed by The International Financial Law Review as a highly regarded lawyer and by Who’s Who Legal in the Sports & Entertainment Category. James is a lecturer in gaming law at the University of Malta and he speaks English, Maltese, Italian and French.

Julian is co-founder of RB Capital. He is an investor & board director to multiple ventures in the gaming, fintech & music industries. He has managed investments, M&As and exits to date in excess of $500m.

Tsachi Maimon has been prevalent in the iGaming industry since 2008, having previously worked at Playtech before joining Aspire Global as a board member and CEO in 2013. Bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge, Tsachi has played a key role in the major developments the company has seen. Some of these include listing the company on the Nasdaq stock exchange, as well as the acquisition of games aggregator Pariplay and sportsbook supplier BtoBet. His leadership largely contributed to Aspire Global’s solid positioning as one of today’s most prominent iGaming B2B suppliers. Tsachi holds an M.A in Business Studies from the College of Management (COMAS) in Israel and is an all-round sports fan with a penchant for tennis.

Thomas is an experienced igaming executive whose former positions include Chief Executive Officer of Dunder Casino, Chief Product Officer at Mr Green Online Casino (LSE: WMH), and Section Head Business Intelligence at bwin (LSE: ENT). Mr. Rosander was also Engagement Director and Business Intelligence Director at game developer Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA).

Long before he was appointed CEO in 2010, Henrik Tjärnström was a part of the Kindred Group (then Unibet Group). He joined the Board of Directors in 2003 and was part of the Board until when he stepped into the role as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Henrik holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology, Linköping University, Sweden. Before joining the Kindred Group, he was employed as Senior Financial Manager at Skanska Infrastructure Development AB from 2001 to 2008.

Dima Reiderman joined BtoBet’s ranks from parent company, Aspire Global, where he served as Chief Operations Officer for over two years. Throughout his career he garnered wide experience in strategic leadership and a strong industry knowledge, playing an integral role in the growth and success of Aspire Global throughout his seven-year tenure. He is highly appreciated for his vision and energy, placing the end-customer at the core of operations.

Chris is the global industry lead at Google for Gambling. Before Google, Chris spent 7 years at Betfair working in various strategy, insight and marketing roles.
