NATO continues to strike residential centers inside of pre-war Russia. This morning Ukraine and NATO attacked Moscow using UAP's. In response Putin launched a devastating strike at NATO decision making centers inside of Ukraine. Patrick Lancaster joins us with the latest attacks on residential neighborhoods in Donetsk. 

The Ukrainian intelligence service says that they are attempting to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Vadym Skibitsky, the deputy head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, [said this to German newspaper Welt](https://www.welt.de/politik/ausland/plus245469316/Geheimdienst-der-Ukraine-Putin-steht-ganz-oben-auf-der-Liste-Wir-versuchen-ihn-zu-toeten.html). “Putin is noticing that we are getting closer and closer to him, but he is also afraid of being killed by his own people,” he said. When asked about the head of the Wagner Group, Zkibitsky said, “We are trying to kill him.” 

A report from Brown University’s Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs took on the daunting task of calculating both direct and indirect deaths from wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.  Most of these deaths were indirect, meaning that they came from "the post-9/11 wars’ destruction of economies, public services, and the environment. Indirect deaths grow in scale over time." Meaning that the suffering will continue long after the U.S. and Western allies withdraw from these regions. 

The united states just “found” an additional $3 billion to send to Ukraine. They say that it was an accounting error that happened when they “overestimated the value” of aid being sent to Ukraine.  So this doesn’t mean that the U.S. will now sent more, it means that the U.S. has already sent more. But who cares, its not like the U.S. will audit itself. It would fail an audit to be sure. Meanwhile Russia says NATO's escalation could lead to nuclear war. 

The Eastern city of Bakhmut is now known as the Russian name Artyomovsk after Russia claimed that it has taken full control of the battleground city. Ukrainian President Zelensky has been reluctant to admit it. When asked if Ukraine still controlled the city he said, “I think no.” He wouldn’t know first hand because he has been out of Ukraine since the Kremlin attack in early May. Bakhmut is in the Donetsk region, which voted to join Russia last September. Ukraine has been fighting to change their mind even as must of the city’s 70,000 residents have since fled. President Biden says that the Russians have suffered over 100,000 casualties in Bakhmut but no one knows where that number came from. He also said that Ukraine has "been able to lock down the Wagner group" but the head of the Wagner group says that the group will leave the area on Thursday and hand over control to the Russian military. No Western tanks or F-16s were used to defend Bakhmut and President Biden says that they wouldn’t have helped anyway. This is an important loss for Ukraine and the West and even still they say that a counteroffensive is coming. The Wall Street Journal reports that Ukraine didn’t fight very hard in Bakhmut anyway because they instead “used that time to rearm and to bulk up its military.” Do you buy that? Weapons, sure. The West has kept ‘em coming. But where do these extra personnel come from? 

The Durham Report was made public on Monday. The report lays out that the government had very little to go on when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation and that it may have been done due to “hostile feelings” by higher ups in the FBI. Indeed, the report says that the “speed and manner in which the FBI opened and investigated Crossfire Hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign.” This report is a damning commentary on the Justice Department and its political bias and the FBI does not refute it. The agency told Fox News that it has made dozens of corrective actions and will continue to do so in the wake of this report.  Is this enough? Will it ever be enough if Hillary Clinton is never held to account? 

You know those depleted uranium tank shells the United Kingdom sent to Ukraine? Reports say that Russian missiles blew them up this weekend. Footage of huge explosions near the city of Khmelnytskyi show that Russia targeted ammunition stores in advance of the “planned counteroffensive.” The mayor of that city reported that the city itself was not targeted but that buildings were damaged by the blasts and at least 21 people were injured. The military administration in that region confirmed that “critical infrastructure” had been hit by at least four Russian drones. Blowing up uranium is a biological hazard. The UK was warned about this but chose to send these weapons anyway.  Now Germany has committed another $2.9 billion in arms for Ukraine and Zelensky has indicated he will not give up power and hold elections as long as his war powers are in place. Which could be forever.

Pakistan is on the verge of civil war following a U.S. backed coup. At this hour protesters have pushed passed the country’s official military residence and taken over an air base. Nearly 1,000 people have been arrested and at least 50 people have been killed according to the PTI political party.On Tuesday, former Prime Minister Imran Khan was arrested after warning that the military was trying to assassinate him to stop him from campaigning. He was beaten up and dragged out of the courtroom by paramilitary forces. This prompted massive protests from his supporters. Today the Supreme Court ruled his arrest illegal and demanded he go free but sources say the military are ignoring those requests. The government called in the army to quell the protests and have used Internet jammers to stop protestors from using social media to communicate. Khan has been campaigning for re-election and is widely expected to win. He was ousted from office last year after a US-backed parliamentary coup.
