Dean Dimond is a property owner and rancher in the Magic Valley of Idaho. He owns property that border up to the Lava Ridge windmill project, a 200,000 acre project that was approved by the Bureau of Land Management on federal land that allows a private energy company to setup the largest windmills in the world in Idaho and then sell the power to out of state customers. Public schools are passing out 1-1 tech at an unprecedented rate, and with this speed comes risk.
