Dennis sits down with Dr. Adamo to discuss the sometimes forgotten art of practicing, the use of photography in dentistry and being "Instagram famous", and the underappreciated rubber dam.  Dr. Adamo Notarantonio, (who goes by Dr. Adamo Elvis for short) is a dentist, guest lecturer, and avid photographer.  From Adamo's website: Dr.  Adamo was Accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in  2011, and recently received his Fellowship in the AACD. He is the 80th  person worldwide to achieve this honor. He was further honored by the  Academy when asked to serve as a consultant and examiner for the  Accreditation and Fellowship processes.

From Spear Education: Dr. McKee has maintained a private practice in Downers Grove, Illinois, since 1984 and has experience treating a wide variety of cases with a focus on predictable restorative dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and former president of the American Equilibration Society. He has lectured both nationally and internationally for more than 25 years, directs several study clubs and serves as an instructor in Spear’s Demystifying Occlusion seminar. Dr. McKee graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1980 and earned his dental degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1984.
