“Cult mom” Lori Vallow has been found incompetent to stand trial after prosecutors charged her with murder and numerous related offenses. Lori Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell, are facing new charges in the deaths of Vallow’s two children, as well as Daybell’s previous wife, Tammy Daybell. California Police arrest two fatal road-rage shooting of 6-year-old Aiden Leos. Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were arrested in Costa Mesa Sunday night more than two weeks after Aiden Leos was fatally shot in his mother’s car. Police believe that Lee was driving the vehicle and the Eriz fired at least once into the car where Leos was riding in the backseat. A Texas woman behind bars in connection with the death of 5-year-old Samuel Olson reportedly had plans to flee the state with his body. According to a motion for bail obtained by the Daily Beast, 26-year-old Theresa Balboa is accused of making plans with friends to travel to Louisiana with the child’s remains. She was captured in Jasper, Texas, at a Best Western motel before she could carry out her plans after a friend called in a tip to Crime Stoppers. Balboa is the girlfriend of Samuel’s father, Dalton Olson. Balboa was transferred back to Houston on Friday, on charges of tampering with evidence. She’ll likely face additional charges once the autopsy results are available. As CrimeOnline previously reported, Samuel was reportedly last seen May 3 in Houston, in the 8800 block of McAvoy Drive. The New Orleans district attorney has agreed to re-examine the case of Jessica Easterly Durning, a woman found deceased less than a mile from her home. Jessica was reported missing on August 14, 2019, after her husband, Justin Durning Jr., contacted one of her friends and claimed he couldn’t find his wife.
