Parents of Mass Shooter Ethan Crumbley Blow Wet Kisses in Court

A prosecutor is asking a judge to intervene after the parents of a suspected school shooter reportedly blew kisses at each other during a remote hearing. James and Jennifer Crumbley are each facing four counts of involuntary manslaughter in connection to the November 2020 school shooting in which their son, Ethan, is accused of killed four classmates. The mother of the 15-year-old Michigan boy texted a friend about her son’s demeanor hours before the deadly shooting, court testimony revealed. Jennifer Crumbley’s friend, Kira Pennock, 25, testified during a preliminary hearing about the texts Jennifer Crumbley sent her regarding a meeting she had with the school counselor hours before the shooting, according to The Detroit News. In the alleged texts, Jennifer Crumbley said she “s**t day” after the conference and included a photo of a disturbing drawing her 15-year-old son drew on a math assignment. Hours after the shooting, Jennifer Crumbley texted Pennock, “My son ruined so many lives today.” Fox News reported that during that fateful meeting, Ethan Crumbley convinced school officials that his concerning drawings were from a video game. The teen’s parents also refused to take him home, according to prosecutors. Jennifer Crumbley allegedly also texted Pennock that her son was having a “hard time” and “can’t be left alone.” Ethan Crumbley is charged with terrorism, first-degree murder, assault with intent to murder, and gun violations. He remains jailed without bond.Joining Nancy Grace Today: Darryl Cohen - Former Assistant District Attorney, Fulton County, Georgia, Defense Attorney, Cohen, Cooper, Estep, & Allen, LLC, www.ccealaw.com Dr. Jillian Peterson - Forensic Psychologist, Professor of Criminal Justice at Hamline University (St. Paul, MN), Expert on Mass Shootings and Violence Prevention, Author: "The Violence Project: How to Stop a Mass Shooting Epidemic", theviolenceproject.org, Twitter: @JillKPeterson Karen L. Prince Andrew Forks Over 16 Million in Sex Attack Suit

A settlement has been reached between Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre. Giuffre has long accused the prince of sexually abusing her multiple times when she was 17. The terms of the settlement have not been released to the public, however, reports say the terms pay out $16 Million U.S. dollars, with $2 million of that designated for a charity of Giuffre's choice. Last month, the terms of a 2009 settlement between Giuffre and Epstein were released to the public as part of Giuffre’s lawsuit against Prince Andrew. The document revealed that Giuffre was paid $500,000 in the settlement. Prince Andrew’s legal team has argued that the 2009 settlement legally shielded him from civil lawsuits like the one Giuffre had filed against him. He had also tried to stop the stipulations of Giuffre’s 2009 settlement from being released to the public. As part of the 2009 settlement, Giuffre agreed to “release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge” Epstein and “any other person or entity who could have been included as a potential defendant.” Prince Andrew contended that the decade-old settlement legally shielded him from civil lawsuits like the one Giuffre has filed against him.Joining Nancy Grace Today: Jessica Pride - Sexual Assault Attorney, The Pride Law Firm, victimlawyer.com, Instagram: @thepridelawfirm, Twitter: @pridelawyer Dr. Bethany Marshall - Psychoanalyst, www.drbethanymarshall.com, New Netflix show: 'Bling Empire' (Beverly Hills) Greg Scheffer - Former Phoenix Police Department Detective, 22 Years Specializing in Child Sexual Exploitation, Crimes Against Children, Domestic Violence and Adult Sex Crimes. SPONGEBOB MADE ME KILL MY 3-YEAR-OLD GIRL, Michigan Mom

A Michigan mother says that the cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants threatened to kill her if she did not kill her 3-year-old daughter. Prosecutors say 22-year-old Justine Johnson stabbed the girl multiple times, then discarded her body in a trash bag at her home. Johnson says she had been experiencing hallucinations amid weeks of heroin withdrawal and lack of sleep. Johnson's brothers found the little girl hidden in a back room, a small foot sticking out of the trash bag. Police searched the home and found bloodstains on a closet door, couches and items in a bedroom. Three knives were also recovered. Inside the bag, investigators found Sutton’s body wrapped in a comforter and a pair of jeans that had traces of blood on them. Johnson is being held on charges of felony murder and first-degree child abuse in connection with the death of her daughter, Sutton Mosser.Joining Nancy Grace Today: Stacey Honowitz - Assistant State Attorney (Florida), Sex Crimes & Child Abuse Unit, Author: "My Private Parts are Private", "Genius with a Penis - Don't Touch!" and “The Bully at School is Really Uncool”, staceyhonowitz.com, Instagram: @staceybhonowitz Dr. Angela Arnold - Psychiatrist, (Atlanta GA) www.angelaarnoldmd.com, Expert in the Treatment of Pregnant/Postpartum Women, Former Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology: Emory University, Former Medical Director of The Psychiatric Ob-Gyn Clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital Dan Corsentino - Former Police Chief, Former Sheriff, Served on US Homeland Security Senior Advisory Board, Private Investigator www.dancorsentino.com  Dr. Kendall Crowns – Chief Medical Examiner Tarrant County (Ft Worth), Lecturer: University of Texas and Texas A&M, Affiliated Faculty: University of Texas Medical Branch Cole Waterman - Crime Reporter, MLive.com, Instagram: @dollarshort, Twitter: @ColeWaterman Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
