Two women are missing, one from Atlanta, Georgia, and one from Truckee, California. Allahnia Lenoir was last seen on July 30th. Her mother says she went to an apartment on Peachtree Street to visit friends and hasn't been seen since. Albuquerque police are on the lookout for a dark-colored Volkswagen that may be tied to the shooting deaths of four Muslim men. The vehicle is possibly a four-door,  VW Jetta or Passat.  Police say the car was seen at more than one of the shooting locations. The victims are 27-year-old Muhammad Afzaal Hussain, 41-year-old Aftab Hussein, 62-year-old Mohammad Ahmadi, and Naeem Hussain, 25.  Governmental agencies, including the FBI,  have joined the APD in investigating. A 12-year-old Alabama girl is being hailed as a hero after she chewed through restraints that had kept her tied to bed posts for nearly a week. The girl ran from the home where she was held. A Good Samaritan saw the girl and stopped to help. 911 is called and police enter the home, after getting a warrant, and find the remains of two dismembered bodies... the girl's mother and brother.   Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes, 37, is charged with capital murder charges and one count of first-degree kidnapping. Court documents say the girl told investigators she’d been drugged with alcohol and repeatedly assaulted. The man accused of shooting postal worker Angela Summers over mail delivery has  pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Tony Cushingberry is now facing life in prison. Summers had problems delivering mail to a home because of an aggressive Chihuahua. Repeated requests to the resident to curb the dog go unheeded. More salacious details are revealed as more than 6,000 pages of documents have been unsealed in the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard defamation trial. Both sides have filed for appeals in the case. This document dump reveals lots of evidence each side wanted to bring into the US courtroom, but was excluded by the judge. Among the details: Depp's team wanted to introduce nude photos of Heard into evidence, her history as an exotic dancer and claims that she had been an escort.
