Dan Cockerell’s career evolved from a parking attendant at Disney’s Epcot Center to VP of Epcot, VP of Disney’s Hollywood Studios and eventually, VP of the Magic Kingdom. He was ultimately responsible for leading a team of 12,000 cast members and always placed organizational culture at the forefront of his leadership. Unti l just a few hours after giving birth, she learned that one of her twin boys had been born with Goldenhar Syndrome. Harry was born with no eye, eye socket, nostril or ear and a short jaw.
