Nicole Sandler
Nicole Sandler has worked in radio her entire adult life. After a successful career in music radio in NY and Los Angeles (WPLJ, KLOS, KSCA and others), she returned to talk radio to host mornings on then-progressive talk WINZ/Miami. After a flip to sports, she moved to Air America Radio for a nightly show. When AAR went off the air on Jan 21, 2010, Nicole Sandler moved online where she continues to question authority daily at nicolesandler.com.

20200924 Nicole Sandler Show - Thursdays with Howie Klein, and Brian Karem Too
Howie Klein of Down with Tyranny and the Blue America PAC is my regular guest every Thursday. Obviously, with this week's news, there's plenty to talk about. But the president refusing to promise a peaceful transferal of power to the next administration upended everything else on Wednesday. The reporter who asked the question was Brian Karem of Playboy, a friend of the show. So we'll get started with Brian Karem today, and move on from there...

20200923 Nicole Sandler Show - The End of America? with Harvey J Kaye
It's very difficult to digest all that's happening around us, as it feels like the end of the American experiment. I'm not sure the US can survive if it continues on this Trumpian course. But then again, I'm not a historian. So we'll speak with one today.
Harvey J. Kaye is a historian and former professor at University of Wisconsin/Green Bay, and the author of a number of books including Thomas Paine & the Promise of America; T_he Fight for the Four Freedoms; Take Hold of Our History; FDR on Democracy._
We'll fully take advantage of his expertise when he joins us for the second half of the show. I'll attempt to bring you the latest news, such as it is, in the first half.

20200921 Nicole Sandler Show - A Hero's Legacy: Rest in Power RBG
We suffered a crushing blow on Friday with the news that Ruth Bader Ginsburg had died. After the wave of sadness passed came the feelings of panic. After all, RBG was the pin holding our tenuous grasp on democracy in place. Now what? Well, now we work harder than ever to insure her legacy lives on. Today I'll speak with a young man named Joshua Potash who's been keeping an eye on the world's protest movements, and trying to organize Americans to take to the streets and protect our rights.

20200918 Nicole Sandler Show - Speaking Truth to Power with Lisa Graves
Lisa Graves returns to the show today. She is one of the most amazing people I know! Lisa is Executive Director of True North Research, where she investigates the influence of dark money on public policy and our democracy. Lisa testified before the House Oversight Committee on Monday about the latest problems with the USPS and its new Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. And with her experience in the Dept of Justice as a Deputy Assistant AG, she's uniquely qualified to weigh in on the behavior of AG William Barr. And I'll ask her about all of it.
