Andy, Ari and the Portal Authority Max Olson rank the the jobs -- not the coaches -- in the new Big 12 that will exist when Oklahoma and Texas leave for the SEC. Can newcomers BYU, Cincinnati, Houston or UCF crack the top three almost immediately? Is Oklahoma State a great job, or have the Cowboys had a great coach for the past 17 years?
